Keng Lee's Story

2022

Born in Singapore

Keng Lee arrived on 14 March 2022, the beloved only child of Mr and Mrs Tan, welcomed home to a family that had waited for her with open arms.

2023

First steps, first words

A cheerful and curious toddler, Keng Lee's first word was "cat" — after the family's tabby, Mochi, who never left her side.

2024

Started preschool

She began Nursery at her preschool, where her teachers remember her infectious giggle and her habit of sharing her snacks with anyone who looked a little sad.

2025

Loved dinosaurs and rainy days

Keng Lee could name every dinosaur in her picture books, and her happiest moments were jumping in puddles with her father after a rain shower.

2026

Passed peacefully, surrounded by family

Keng Lee passed away on 9 August 2026, held close by her parents until the very end.

A Tribute From the Family

Keng Lee will be remembered as our little ray of sunshine — endlessly curious, quick to laugh, and generous in a way that seemed too big for someone so small. She loved dinosaurs, rainy-day puddles, and falling asleep halfway through her bedtime story, insisting we start again from page one the next night.

Four years were far too short a time to have you, but we are grateful for every single day of it. Rest well, our little one. We love you always.
